Returns Policy Details

No goods may be returned without prior authorization by Big Filter Inc. To request a return please use our contact form. Upon receipt of an RGA the authorization is valid for a period of 15 days.

To Receive and RGA the following conditions are required:

• Products shipped by our error will be accepted for return and exchange and we will incur all shipping fees.
• Shipping errors must be brought to Big Filter Store’s attention within 10 days of receipt of shipment by using our contact form.
• No RGA’s will be issued after 30 days from invoice date.
• Returned products must be in new, salable condition. This not only includes the filter elements but the packaging as well.
• Big Filter Inc. reserves the right to determine the acceptability of the returned goods. All returned products must be of resale quality.
