• All sales are final.
• All prices are F.O.B. our manufacturer unless otherwise stated at the time of order.
• Big Filter Inc. reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
• Big Filter Inc. is not responsible for any damages that occur during transport, and if such issues arise they must be handled with the shipping company.
• All orders will be shipped complete unless notified to ship partial. Shipping charges may vary from our website charges due to partial shipments.
• Most major credit cards are accepted during the checkout process. We do not accept credit cards by phone unless there are special circumstances
• All orders that are purchased and/or shipped outside North America must be paid in advance using our online checkout option or by wire transfer. A shipping account for DHL/UPS or other shipper must be provided at time of order or with communication with Big Filter staff.
